• Net income must be greater than 3x the monthly rent
• 600+ credit score required
• No prior evictions
• No violent felonies
• $75 application fee per adult
• $300 non-refundable pet fee (excludes documented service animals)
• For applicants with less than a 600 credit score, a deposit equal to double one month rent may be required
• We do not accept section 8 vouchers
