Household net income greater than three times monthly rent.
Valid bank account with routing number for monthly automated rent draft. (ACH)
$75 application fee per adult.
$300 non-refundable pet fee if applicable. (excludes documented service animals)
600+ credit score required.
For applicants with less than a 600 credit score, a deposit equal to double one month rent may be required.
We do not accept section 8 vouchers.
