We're pleased to introduce our team: 

Adam Chance
President

Adam oversees all aspects of Southern Living Management. He ensures that all tenants receive the highest level of customer service from this very well capitalized, family owned business.

Mr. Chance began his real estate career as a financial consultant for a residential construction and land development company after graduating from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance in 2002. He later became the Director of Finance for a real estate holding company which exceeded $100,000,000 in residential and commercial assets. Adam currently is an owner of several successful real estate holding, property management, and construction companies.

Adam lives in West Cobb County with his wife Curee and daughter Scarlett.

Curee Chance
VP of Marketing

Curee is in charge of the development of marketing strategies and implementation of marketing tactics. Her organizational talents, dedication to excellence, and six years of advertising experience with a billion dollar company make her an asset to Southern Living Management.
